I spend a relatively huge amount of time driving each day. Usually, I listen to NPR news but I've been concerned with consuming a lot of news lately so I'd like to fill up my brain with software knowledge.
So far, here's what I've come up with:
- the changelog : hasn't been updated since August, but some interesting stuff
- software engineering radio : Lots of good episodes, usually about once a month.
- pragmatic podcasts : looks like mostly interviews with their authors on a variety of topics, or SE luminaries on their feelings. hasn't updated since 09/11/12
- this developer's life : a cross-section of the lives of developers, appears less technical than the above. seems to update roughly quarterly.
